Let's Look at three 1680 Red Subs for sale
I'm trying out a new feature on my blog where I look at a few items on the market, all the same model watch, and see what's worth buying.
Let me know what you think about my 1680 Red search: http://www.wristtimes.com/blog-1/201...ed-submariners Thanks! Dave

Awesome writeup!
Very useful/ insightful especially since I'm currently in the hunt for a red sub or maybe even a DRSD...

Thanks! The DRSD would make for an interesting search as the prices are pretty variable.

Great write up on these pieces; I concur with the scores you awarded.
Don't forget the value of a nice pearl in the insert; if it's missing it's going to be another $150-200 to source and replace. PS: No, it's not for sale!

What I miss in your analysis is the fact that #1 has kind of goose bumps on the dial. Not a good sign imho. I agree with you on the rest.

Great article Although the last one at least has a not so bad rivet bracelet with a twinlock crown. Still no go for me.

No worries, is it okay that I occasionally link to a blog article I write? The blog has no ads and is a personal non-profit project.
