Strap advice needed

Bought a leather deployment strap for my Rolex to see if I like it on. If I like it I will probably get an aligator or lizard strap but wanted to see how I liked this one before spending any more money.

What do you guys prefer?

I, too, like the leather. It complements the color of the dial.

Nice look with the leather.
I'd keep the leather and change it out once in a while for a different look.
