Y series is about 2003. Inner box and outer box posted by seller isn't original. Those are late model Rolex. |

The writing on the dial doesn't look faded to me - are you talking about the bezel? I've seen the black numbers worn off on older pieces, but never on such a new watch. But it is possible I suppose (albeit quirky)

Someone took their beautiful TT Daytona with a few scratches on it to a hack who polished it to the perfect luster seen in the picture.
