And I like to get my watch new, with the stickers, not a single micro scratch on it, even if it's not for long it's 40% of the pleasure, at least for me...

my AD sells preowned ROLEX's and last time I checked preowned means "used" they never have "NEW" watches in stock . Even the DJII i tried on recently was preowned so I never bought from them. I just go there to try watches on and see what screams at me and then i'll hit the classifiedS or a trusted seller as my local AD does not discount ON PREOWNED WATCHES!

I only have one ROLEX at the moment which is vintage and i saved more going that route and i basically handpicked the right one for me markers, dial texture, and etc. So at the end of the day I would have bought used just had to be smarter about how i was going to spend my money. I bought my Porsche used and in cash and ppl ask how much I'm paying monthly for it

Certain things can be bought used or like new just have to do your research. clothing is a different story.

as much as possible i will always buy new from and AD only. but to each is own there are really some deals to be had on the pre-owned market i am just the type who prefers to to buy as much as possible brand new...
why is there sooo much used rolex(and other expensive brands) in japan(tokyo and osaka in particular)? are most of them "one watch person", selling what they are using to afford an upgrade? or dispose right away when they get tired of it. models ranges from vintage, mint and abused...
