FS: Circa 1962 Omega Seamaster 30
For sale is a vintage Omega Seamaster 30. The watch is currently running strong and is keeping time well. Please note that this watch is losing a few minutes a day (approximately 5 minutes each day).
The watch also has the engravings "PAF" below the Seamaster logo. Additionally there are also the markings "19 776 930" the "PAF" engraving. Please refer to the pictures. I am not sure as to what these markings refer. Service history is unknown. Case: free from any major scratches or blemishes. Please keep in mind that the watch is over 50 years old and has all of the expected blemishes from a piece of this vintage. Crystal: two deep major scratches immediately below and above the center of the dial (approximately 1.5 cm and 1cm, respectively). Dial: Original "T Swiss T" dial in fair shape. Please note that the luminous material from the 2,3,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 hour positions are gone. Additionally, the remaining numerals are significantly decayed. Please refer to the pictures attached. Aside from that, the inner numerals and writing is legible. Please also note the signed crown in the pictures below. Additionally, the spring bars are aftermarket. Watch is sold as head only. Asking Price: $600.00 (offers welcomed) shipped and insured in the US. Please feel free to text for immediate response: 937.532.4331 or email: [email protected] I have a few references here on TRF and have been a long time member of over two years. Please contact me with any questions, as well. 3 day, 100% (after return shipping) return if not original or grossly represented. Additional images happily provided upon request. Thank you for looking at my posting! Last edited by Neunundneunzig; 30 July 2014 at 01:44 PM.. Reason: Changed Price |
