Rolex Power reserve question?
1. How many hours you should wear the watch minimum per a day to hold it charge? I don't want to use a winder.
2. Can I use the watch for 4 hours then do manual winding? Thanks |

You can manually wind as much as you like will do no harm whatsoever. After a full manual wind 40 full crown turns clockwise only then if worn for around say 8 hours plus a day with reasonable wrist movement watch should run while off wrist over night. On a full 40 full crown turn manual wind while off wrist static, then watch should run between 39-48 hours give or take a hour or so before stopping. But even when worn regular it will do no harm to manually wind say once a week or so keep mainspring at peak power reserve.

I had my Yacht master sitting for a week, I gave it a manual wind 40x and wore it for two days at about 8-9hrs a day I put it back down and stopped wearing it, its been running steady for three days now. I am sure it will stop running today.

2. As Peter says, you can manually wind a Rolex any time you want to.
