15202 clasp push buttons
Fellow Jumbo owners. Help needed. I am experiencing some problems with the clasp push buttons on my Jumbo. The screws that hold the push buttons are unscrewing, this has happened three times now. It seems as if the screws are not the proper ones given they tend to get loose even after my AD has applied liquid glue to them several times. I remember reading about this same issue here on TRF but couldn't find the post.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? How was it fixed by APSC? Thanks! |

Common problem. Need a new clasp. Glue is not a perm solution. Had mine replaced, so far so good.

Thanks! I called APSC in Florida a few days ago, they are going to propose a solution to this issue. My guess is they will change clasp.

I had a pusher screw fall out twice while I had my 15202-both times onto thick carpet. Found the pusher but not the screw each time. First time AP sent me a screw and I thought I attached it good and tight, but it came out again a couple weeks later and so I sent the whole Watch to AP and they fixed it, but I sold the watch not too longer afterwards so not sure if fixed for good. Was definitely annoying and was one of a couple reasons I ended up selling it. Never have had a similar issue with my previous 15400 or current 15300 (H serial with newer clasp).
