vintage chronos Lemania Landeron

ok i've been looking into vintage chronos. It seems that during the 40s and 50s , almost all chronos had the same movement mostly Lemania or Landeron manual winds here are some examples. My question is most of these brands are long gone but I would assume parts are available. Any ones to stay away from due to lack of parts? What brands are the "gems" or diamonds in the rough. Anything you guys can tell me would be appreciated.

Hahn and Breitling chronos from '30s,Lemania from '40s,Angelus from '50s and Valjoux are the gems of the chronograph manufacturers in my book.Kelek is one of the most intriguing and attractive manufacturer but might challenge you in spare parts. Otherwise, especially Valjoux,Lemania and Landeron chrono parts are still available and donors are surfacing pretty frequent in auction sites.Leonidas, pictured above merged later with Heuer.

I've only been on these for about 2 weeks now and wow.... So much to learn , basically everybody used everybody else's movements. Some of them made up brands to save taxes in the states .. It's a never ending battle

This is a great hobby you have. I'm tempted to explore this addiction myself.
