Can anyone help identify this Pre-Daytona?
Can't seem to find anything that looks exactly like it. Thanks!

Looks like a 4500 to me from the dial, but the pushers are different

most likely is a 2508 with " olive " pushers : dial looks reprinted ( not easy to say from this terrific pic ).
4500 has pushers like 6239 and a " tonneau " case ; on the contrary this watch has a " cassa a moneta " ( = coin case ). |

The closest I could find is a Ref 2919....
It has the same open 6; the 2508 has a closed 6.... Made around 1937.....nice watch BTW !

Thanks for the help! Went to have another look, and the dealer says it is a rare black dial 2508. Here's a better pic.

I did think the english/french combination on the dial was a bit weird. Thanks for all the help Marcello! Needless to say, I'll be passing on this watch, particularly at $50K+.

I notice OP is in NYC--is this watch at Aaron Faber, if so be careful of what they say there.
