Pronunciation
Hey guys! I'm curious how everyone pronounces various Rolex model #'s like 14060M or 116200. I seem to say fourteen sixty M and eleven six two hundred. Let's hear how you pronounce them!

I seem to say for any 4 digit models 1675 / 1680 "Sixteen Seventy Five"...etc..
But with 5 and 6 digits I say "one one six two three three" Not sure if I am correct or not, but that's how I say it....normally I just say GMT Master or Sub or SS DateJust or TT Datejust |

For four-digit models I'm with Brandon, sixteen-O-three or sixteen-seventy-five.
For five-digit models I usually say one-forty-sixty-M or one-sixty-five-seventy. For six-digit models I would probably say eleven-forty-sixty or eleven-sixty-two-hundred. Not sure if there's really a right or a wrong As long as the other WIS knows what you're talking about, it's all good |

I say "No date Sub"... which is actually incorrect. It should be just "Sub" as the original sub didn't have a date and is therefore it is just a "Sub" and a "Sub Date".

Yes! I will follow this convention. As a Sub lover, it really works for me. Thanks

"One one six six one zero."
"Sixteen Seventy-five" "One six six one zero." Five and six-digit models get every digit pronounced separately, and the four-digit models get paired. |

Seadweller = sixteen six hundred
SubC Date = eleven six six ten, and so on, like that. |

After working in aviation as long as I have, 0 is never ever pronounced as "oh", it's always "Zero". It's bizarre to my ears when I hear "14, oh, 60".

1-40-60-M if pressed for the model number but I usually just say Sub unless I'm posting.
