I bought this some years ago and have always had it maintained by Rolex America, ensuring any replacement parts were original Rolex parts. The last service was July 29 of last year, with the remainder of the two year warranty in force until July 28 of next year (I've included a picture of the receipt. As much as I like the watch, I'm not a collector and I have two Swiss watches I like equally well....I'll probably regret the sale almost immediately....ah well....

I have owned a number of Rolex watches...this is handsome watch that consistently gets compliments and is not common; you don't see many people wearing it (I don't think I've seen anyone wearing one, for that matter).

I have what I believe to be a complete set of books and original sales items (everything sold with the watch is pictured):

Outer box
Inner box
Your Oyster booklet
Explorer booklet
Cleaning cloth
Hang tag
Inner pillow (with some interior grease stains)
Leather wallet and original warranty slip
Rolex chronograph certification

I'm also including the service wallet and service receipts and service book

Besides the Rolex service, I've also had my local watchmaker buff out any daily use scratches from the band....I've purposely taken very detailed pictures to demonstrate the high level of quality of this watch. The lucky purchaser will get a watch that looks brand new...there are absolutely no issues. No scratches on the crystal; the numbers and face are crisp and clean and the hands and numbers glow in the dark as they should. One of the band pictures shows some black...it was dirt that I hadn't wiped off, not a permanent stain.

Original sale date is 2001....serial numbers match between original warranty and Rolex warranty.
