IF I was to buy my wife a Rolex, I am sure she would TRY to look after it, however that is not going to happen as she recently lost a watch of reasonable quality in the supermarket (no idea how it occurred) and I would not be happy if it was repeated with a Rolex.
She doesn't care about watches so it's not an issue.
