Do you mean you get the Rolex and 10K or do you mean you give the AP and 10K for the Rolex?

Tough call but I may lean towards the YG GMT but which model of the ROC do you have?

Yes, a full gold Rolex is worth having, unless your ROC is gold which I presume it isn't. However if you have other Rolexes then I would trade those instead.

The Rolex GMT2c full YG is Awesome! Nobody will miss your wrist! I used to have the green dial, the only thing i dislike is she is a scratch magnet!!! The middle part of the gold bracelet is easily scratched! I am pretty careful on my watches but still ends up full of scratches on my GMT2c!

It's the best value in yg sport ceramics.
You are paying retail in that deal depending on condition of your AP...

Based on values and assuming like conditions, it seem like a stainless steel ROC+10k is about equal to a YG GMT green dial. So it all comes down to preferences.

My ap is a older model, It has patina on the dial already. The gmt is about 2006-2008 I think. Pics will come soon on what I decide upon. Also ap rose is ok but the rose dulls down.

I think that the deal is good. 39mm ROC's trade for less than a 41mm ROC.
Depending on the age and history of your watch it might be a good move. I wouldn't hesitate on it.
