I am interested in purchasing a RO Chrono rose gold (white dial). The current msrp is $54,900. I read that this watch was previously more expensive but AP lowered the price in 2013. Does anyone know what this watch retailed for prior to the price drop? Thank you!

Do you mean the ROO 44mm RG Novelty? The RG ROC was not decreased.

So, you could buy the AP Royal Oak Chrono in rose gold AND a Mercedes-Benz C250 Sport, or the Patek Philippe 5980R on bracelet. It's a no brainer.
