Rolex Gmt Real or Not?

This one comes with box and papers. Shows a purchase date of 1988.

The seller mentions that the crown has been replaced by an aftermarket one.
Crown aside, does it look like I have anything to worry about with this one? The bracelet certainly looks like an upgrade from the standard GMT clasp.

A late 16750 I guess. Case looks in quite poor condition. The bracelet is a 93150, usually seen on Subs but also offered as an option with GMTs back in those days I think. Crystal is in pretty rough shape, too, but might be fixable with polywatch. Got a pic of the box and papers?

The crystal is not a huge issue for me, my question is how much it would be to replace the aftermarket crown with a genuine Rolex one.

I think some Rolex Service Centres (such as those in the USA) replace the crown for "free" as part of the service anyway. But a replacement crown shouldn't be too expensive. Depends on the price of the watch as to whether it would be worthwhile. Box is correct for that period, by the way.

Crown, tube, gaskets, oils, etc should run $250-300. At Rsc, prob more
Like $5-600.
