Thoughts?
Got a Message from a forum member that he has a bracelet for me (I had posted something on the WTB).
The charm of the safari had always been the brown strap. This looks like a completely different watch.......but I am liking it. The weight is now substantial and feels great on the wrist. Honest opinions and thoughts please. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I prefer the brown strap to bring out the cream on the dial.

I think the dial would look too pale without the brown strap, just my opinion.

The brown strap certainly compliments the dial. That is one of the reasons I wanted the safari! It makes it look like a different watch. Quote:
It certainly does look more "pale." That said, it is complimented by the bracelet. Exactly what I thought! Quote:
I'm digging it! I am too! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I like the bracelet. It's good for a change. The brown croc does look good too.
The bracelet fits the 42mm so if you expand your collection you have options. |

I love the cream dial of the Safari...Still one of my favorites
I love the AP Bracelet... Just hard for me to love them together... When I mount my Safari on bracelet it lasts about a day or so... |

I love the fact that the bracelet is so substantial!

I guess I will see tomorrow. Got home from work today and mounted it and went in the watch winder. If the AP is taken out in the morning then I will be able to see how I like it! From looking at the watch this evening, it's a completely different watch. Doesn't look anything like the safari anymore. I almost feel like I have 2 AP pieces now. Personally think the straps look much nicer on the ROO, but on the RO, bracelets nicer than the strap.
