Thoughts?

Got a Message from a forum member that he has a bracelet for me (I had posted something on the WTB).

The charm of the safari had always been the brown strap. This looks like a completely different watch.......but I am liking it. The weight is now substantial and feels great on the wrist.

Honest opinions and thoughts please.

I prefer the brown strap to bring out the cream on the dial.

I think the dial would look too pale without the brown strap, just my opinion.

The brown strap certainly compliments the dial. That is one of the reasons I wanted the safari!

It makes it look like a different watch.

It certainly does look more "pale." That said, it is complimented by the bracelet.

Complete sense! The cream also looks a bit white and pops a bit! Completely agree that it can go with anything, dress up or down!!

I'm digging it!

I like the bracelet. It's good for a change. The brown croc does look good too.

The bracelet fits the 42mm so if you expand your collection you have options.

Very good point!

Did you say "if" I expand the collection?!?! I have been bitten by the bug for a few years now.

I will be expanding and hopefully soon!!

I love the cream dial of the Safari...Still one of my favorites

I love the AP Bracelet...

Just hard for me to love them together...

When I mount my Safari on bracelet it lasts about a day or so...

I guess I will see tomorrow. Got home from work today and mounted it and went in the watch winder. If the AP is taken out in the morning then I will be able to see how I like it!

From looking at the watch this evening, it's a completely different watch. Doesn't look anything like the safari anymore. I almost feel like I have 2 AP pieces now.

Personally think the straps look much nicer on the ROO, but on the RO, bracelets nicer than the strap.

I would have agreed with you yesterday. After deciding to wear the watch today, completely changed my perception. It looks and feels amazing. The cream has changed shades and the bracelet makes the feel of the watch substantial! I guess when I go out on the Safari I can put the strap on and when hitting a night out or during the day, Bracelet!

Super excited I got the bracelet. Very satisfied guys!

A+ for AP ROO on bracelet!
