Good news is you can get Belgian beer at some of the better US supermarkets (eg Whole Foods). There is a local Brewery called 'New Belgium' that does a very good imitation. I like their 'Abbey' beer which is a Dubbel style that is 8%.
I envy the California weather you will be getting, not to mention the beautiful landscape. Texas is uninhabitable outdoors for 6 months. Way worse than a European winter. |
