It was a nice try

It does actually look good on your wrist. You should tell him you're going to charge him for his next service
All of this is exactly what I was thinking...

Tell him you think it's running slow and it needs further evaluation. And if he balks, tell him you think his intuition seems to be running slow as well and maybe that needs some adjustment, and you'll look for the right size hammer to fix that!

I saw you on Saturday. I went into your shop and tried on a Patek. You were hard at work. Remind your husband that you work on these things for a living and that the watch makes you think of him during the day. Then allow him to make you a nice dinner. That should fix things.

He's just a husband; ask him which is more important, his Rolex or your happiness?

I was letting my wife wear my TT DJ pictured in avatar, I wanted to get it sized but she loved the loose bracelet feel to it. I let her wear it for a month or so and took a look and it was scratched all to hell. Well not scratches but SS bright marks.

I'm guessing wearing one very loose is bad.

Well, at times my wife calls me the missing link, but I don't think she meant the Rolex bracelet.
