PS : I probably will leave as is , But I was considering it.

While I would agree with others original is best,but with models like non sports, or particular non rare Rolex 1960s on models.Then dial change is not going to devalue it dramatically, especially if you keep the old dial, and have the Rolex service papers saying dial was changed.
