As a first time buyer, I was very nervous, especially purchasing from a stranger online. Sohail was extremely responsive, and answered all of my questions in great detail. He gave me his personal number and remained in constant contact with me. He shipped the watch immediately and when it arrived the following day it was even better than described... he really undersold it and gave me a great deal.
