There is nothing in a steam room or sauna that can harm a Rolex Daytona.

Don't know what "screws" you are talking about here - if you mean the pusher screws, then never need to be "tight" or even screwed up or down - they are just decoration; the crown only needs to be finger snug, but in this case an unscrewed crown probably wouldn't be in issue.
