Incoming first Rolex

Hi Guys,

Just thought I'd update everyone. I wired the funds today to one of the trusted sellers on here (hope to give great review as so far he's been awesome) and I have the Explorer 114270 on it's way ! I hope I made the right choice...only time will tell (no pun intended or maybe there was I'm not sure)!!!

I will post pics once I receive.

Thanks to everyone for their comments, suggestions and messages.

Hi guys...I got the watch this morning and...it's awesome!!!

I just went to have it fit and he took both links off the same side. He said this was for comfort as it would sit awkwardly on my wrist if he took 1 from each side. When he showed me the example it seemed to make sense so right now there is I believe 4 links on the side closest to my thumb and 6 links on the other side...does this make sense or is it not right?

I'll post some pics once I figure out how to - any help would be good!

Thanks,

Thanks,
First of all, congrats and looking forward to the pics. To your question, the 4/6 link configuration should work fine-most will tell you it is preferable to have more links on the 12 o'clock side-but the most important thing is how it fits you. If it's comfortable and the clasp is reasonably centered underneath, then you're fine.

Anyway, congrats again.
