I am looking for any information on this unusual Rolex Pocket Watch I acquired in a trade. I have no idea what the age is or what material the case is made from. On the inside of the case back, and on the front cover both have the number 646 on it. My best guess on the material is steel or iron, I do see faint rust spots.

It's a really neat pocket watch and any help I can get on this piece is greatly appreciated!
