15200 dial replacement

Folks,

I've tried searching all over to find an answer to this question, but I haven't been able to find one.

Can an independent watchmaker with a Rolex parts account replace my 15200's dial and hands with luminova ones during a service? I don't believe that this model is highly collectible, so I'm not concerned about the effect on value. I'd ask to keep the originals anyway.

What are my options here and what cost am I looking at? I think I'd prefer to keep a champagne dial, but i believe the date model hasn't had that options post-luminova era? Would I be confined to either black or silver?

Thanks!
