I just received a couple from maratac and 3 from crownandbuckle.
Right away i noticed a significant difference in quality between these and other nato straps ive used. Between maratac and crownandbuckle, id probably lean towards the latter bc they are a tad cheaper and you have a choice of buckle types (polished, brushed, pvd), as well as a much wider color selection.
But you cant go wrong with either.

I know you are hinting towards spread of communicable diseases, any MD, Nurse, or licensed provider removes any said jewelry prior to a procedure. In your day to day communication with patients etc. there is absolutely no health risk with proper hand hygiene and care.

I tried a bunch of different Natos, including Maratac, and wasn't satisfied until I found C&B Premium Nato. I have a handful of them in different colors, they are great.

I think you may be happier with a rubber strap if you are actually providing any care, I have had wet nato straps (from washing hands 50 times a shift) give me rashes or make the inside of my wrist raw.

Will pick up either an Everest or Rubber B, rubber strap for my upcoming daily driver watch purchase one I get it. I'm thinking the rubber will be less irritating to my skin than the wet nato fabric, I think I actually have some mild scarring on my left wrist from it, it took a while to heal, had to switch to wearing my watches on the right wrist while it did.

I too own a gazillion of Nato's and Zulu's... probably from each of the names/company's already mentioned. I do however like these ones A LOT, especially due to the 1mm thickness.
