Just pulled over to take a pic of my AT 2500 on a Hodinkee Cordovan RAF style strap. I always loved th first generation Aqua Terra. It's kind of one part DateJust, one part Explorer, and one part vintage Seamaster.

Today's birthday present from my wife. It is a new watch which is a reissue from a 1950's cosmic - I understand to be their most complicated watch at the time.
Look away now if you don't like square watches but I feel in love when I saw the face in person. It's very hard to photograph. Here with a black strap. But was lucky enough to also be given a blue strap (as per the Museum Cosmic) which is being fitted by my local dealer later today. I'm happy. |
