What is the problem? The seller has specified the replacement / after market parts. Are you bidding on this?

Everything is aftermarket / rep - including the case, so nothing is real as opposed to just some aftermarket parts.

I'd be curious to see the movement, but everything visible in his photos is fake...fake case, fake dial, etc.

Different variations / levels of fake to different people but a fake / rep case is always baseline for a fake. One thing to disclose a set of aftermarket hands when the originals are near unobtanium, another thing to have every or practically every part faked.

Though the description is carefully worded to admit it is all parts.

????????????

Of course! What did you think? An authentic movement alone would make a watch genuine? Any parts that are branded need to be authentic, otherwise a watch is fake!
