I don't know what I prefer....
I feel that my Day-Date is a watch that no longer gets wrist time, so I'm most likely going to trade it in. Even if I change the dial on the DD I still don't think I am going to be happy.
My dilemma is that I don't know whether to trade it in for a PAM127 or a Daytona WG 116509. Now I know most of you ladies and gentlemans do have a liking for Rolex, but notwithstanding, I would like to know what you thought about this choice. I am interested to hear what Panerai owners or enthusiasts may feel. PAM127 -47mm but a very flat case so it sits quite well on the wrist; -Limited Edition only 1950 ever made. -Display back -Increased in value over 100% in the last 5 years. Now a Panerai icon for collectors. -COSC certified with papers. -ETA modified (non-auto) movement. -300 feet water resistant. -Lots of leather straps to wear. WG Daytona -40mm -Legendary Chronograph (auto wind) movement. - Z serial with warranty. -COSC with papers. -Solid White Gold case, bracelet and Daytona clasp. -300feet water resistant The price difference isn't great and so that isn't a factor to take into account, and assume both watches are in mint condition.
