Enjoy! Great Ride! Take photos

When I was in high school my dad and I jumped on our bikes (Honda VT 500 and Kawasaki Vulcan) and left Florida and we went to North Carolina and went on the Blue Ridge Parkway and visited Cherokee. That was 22 years ago and I ride a Harley these days. I miss the rides with my Dad

Be careful!!!! people still aren't used to seeing bikes on the road. Also, this time of year there's lots of debris on the roadway. Hmmmm....I think Mr.FXST needs to go out for spin!!!

Just made it back ! Lucked out and there was a bike rally in Cherokee. Tons of bikes.

Got lots of mountain riding in. Got about 1500 miles in over the 3 days. Had good weather. Only hit rain a couple of times. The rest of the time was full sunshine.

Wow, Tom!! - what a fabulous trip you've got planned.

We'll definitely need to see some great photos of your journey, when you get back.

As has been said - ride carefully.

Beautiful Country Tom. Can't wait to see the pictures.

Any deer? I hate seeing those by the side of the rode when I am bicycling let alone riding something with a big engine on it.
