Difference Between 3185 And 3186...?

Was looking at this topic...

http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=38953

...and I saw the different movements referenced. What is the difference and advantages of each? Is there a reference page that identifies and describes all the various movements (I'm assuming these aren't the only ones)?

I believe the 3186 has the Parachrom Bleu spring.

I'm not a watchmaker and would defer to those with more detailed knowledge, however It's my understanding that in addition to the spring, some grears are closer together.

It's my understanding this has reduced the "backlash" common in the older movement.

Exactly what I have read also, new Parachrom hairspring and closer gears...anything else, anybody?
