Simply awesome. I am in search of a bronze piece right now. Was thinking Oliver or Magrette or the other less expensive ones. There is a bronzo on chrono 24 right now but it is a little rich for my blood. I think it is really cool how one can manipulate the patina on the watch and I look forward to playing with a bronze piece one day soon.

With the inexpensive ones, make sure it's real bronze and not brass. Quite a few makers, including Magrette, had that issue.

Is CUS8N the "correct" bronze?

That seems to be what most claim to use. I will look to see if anyone has done any testing on a molecular level on them.

Most that I have looked at are a year or two old and I can already see patina starting to form that would be indicative of bronze.

They are just fascinating to me but the bronzo on C24 is $25k. Punches a little above my wallets weight class.

From memory, yes, I think that's right.

Thank you. The strap from our friend Leatherworksbyemre. For sure you remember him from Instagram.
