Cant remove the center wheel in cal 1215, seems to be fixed while pulling it out of the main plate?
any clues

You really don't need to remove the center wheel to change the balance.

Sorry for not answering sooner.
First and foremost, I would suggest you get professional help with this if you
want to have it running well.
If you still want to proceed to do this on your own, you need a canon pinion
puller to be safe. However, there are homemade tools, like a nail clipper modified to pull a canon puller.
This home made puller can easily result in a bent center wheel axle,
and a crushed canon pinion.
Maybe other reader more knowledgeable than me can offer more comments.
