16710 Bezel insert change

I bought a Pepsi insert for my 16710 and it is different to the one i have fitted. The current coke insert has a flat edge and pops in and out easily the one i bought does not have this? Is there a different insert I should buy or a technique for getting it in? According to my jeweller it is also slightly bigger - not visible to my eyes only to his!

Maybe the one you bought is for a 1675 or 16750? The acrylic crystal ones don't fit the sapphire crystal GMTs.

I'm thinking the wrong one may of been sent unless there are different inserts in the 16710 in different years.

No, the same insert will fit every model of the 16710, the 16700 and even the 16760. Did you buy it here?

Yes I did. I'm sure it will be sorted. I only put it up on here to see if it was me doing something wrong
