Fortunately, it's a can't lose decision. Either choice is an amazing watch. Unfortunately, it's a can't win decision. Either watch you do not pick will remain desirable to you. Of the two, I'd vote BLNR now, then if you find yourself wanting the TT, save up for it later.

There are good discounts available on the TT, better than the BLNR for sure. Buy it right and either one will maintain a good portion of its value. I have a two year old TT G serial bought BNIB here and judging by the current listings on TRF it's still worth what I paid for it. Admittedly prices for the TT have firmed a little but the moral of the story is still the same in any market - buy it right.

I believe everybody knows the reason why AD offers a much better discount on TT (especially 116713 and some other Datejust TT models) than BLNR (the most sought-after model in 2014 and no discount at all in most places). The resale values are sometimes hard to be compared in a fair and same standard level because they depend on how you buy and how you sell. But one thing can be definitely assured is that flipping TT will be much much harder than BLNR in the market.
