This Explorer seems to cheap??

ok guys help me look at this explorer. This seem too cheap but I dont really know 100% and I know it has a "generic" band but let me know you thoughts please. Does this look legit? I does kind of seem like he sells a lot of vintage explorers but I dont really know what that means...

I'm not a vintage expert, but that does look pretty cheap for a nice piece like that. For that price, I might fly to OK City to check it out in person.

1,950 sales, 13 negative feedbacks, seller since August 2000, has sold numerous Rolex Watches, pictures look legitimate, I think it is real.

I think it had a lot of issues. The dial was made over to be an Explorer I, the band was a generic brand new band and the buckle seemed to be original but put on the generic band. There were many parts that were not genuine. I think that is why it went so cheap.
