It may be a Tudor case back, dial and movement, but I suspect that's the end of the original parts list.

These have sown up a number of times on rep sites and if you dig deep enough you can find that they are a Korean (I believe) example of theoratical thinking. The original design was supposed to have been discussed by Rolex and the Navy, but never acted upon. A rep company then created it and they are being sold as "rare" Tudors.
