I think I found what I'm looking for at Capetown in Atlanta but I don't know anything about them. I'd appreciate any reviews or advice.

I have not done business with them personally. From what I've seen, they have mixed reviews.

I attempted to do business with them, but customer service was horrible. Ended up buying from DavidSW.

No watch transactions. I bought a tennis bracelet for my wife from them. Price was good. There were some minor delays in communication. Delivered as promised in the end.

Thanks, I did a quick search but didn't find any solid reviews one way or the other. I found one thread from 2011 with posts regarding good experiences but nothing more recent. I've reached out to a few including DavidSW but so far, no one has what I'm looking for.

I would give them a mixed review. Purchased a new watch for the wife and it delivered as promised. The other experience was not so terrific. Tried to purchase a watch they had listed and was given the wire instructions and asked to send the money. Problem is they had already sold the watch. They said they could order another but it would be $2000.00 more.

Great experience with my purchases. I don't think they do walk-in so be sure to schedule an appointment to let them know what you want to see. They don't keep their timepieces in a display.

Did one transaction with them last year. No issue and pretty responsive.

Tried to buy another watch recently but they did not get back on my queries after the initial exchange so I went somewhere else.
