AP 26320ST or Patek 5035
I like both the ROC 41 mm & the Patek 5035 but can only purchase one. I know one is sporty and the other more of a dress watch but I think they both can be worn dressed up or casual. In terms of value IMO the Patek will retain more value down the line. As for reliability/durability I think the Patek is better. What do other forum members think ? Please chime in.

Well it sounds as though you are leaning Patek.
For me I'd get the AP. Value all depends on what you bought it for on the front end. As to reliability and durability I would give that nod to AP. If something needs to be fixed AP can turn it normally in 3 weeks (in US) versus 5-6 months with Patek. Either way both good watches and go with what sings to you. |

I think it depends on what else you currently have. Both look great.
While I haven't experienced either company's service center, AP gets the nod from reported turn around time. |

I don't think there is any guarantee the patek will retain more value or be more reliable. I would buy whatever you want regardless of these notions.
My preference here would be the ROC unless we were talking 5146 which I prefer to 5035. Good luck! |

I have owned both and I like both.
For me I would lean towards the AP. Lots of 5035's out there and prices are weak for a reason. |

For an AC, I'd go with a 5205G black dial and be done with it

ROC in this case. If you want / learn towards a Patek, there are better choices, such as the 5227s, 5205s or a Nautilus.
