ExpII help!!
Hi all, I have tried to use the search engine but can not get enough appropriate results...likely user error.
Anyway I was wondering what people are doing for the 21mm size for straps. I really want to get either a nato or a bradystrap sailcloth for the 216570. I love the bracelet but would like to have so etching with a little lighter weight, and less metal at times. Any suggestions? Thanks for all the help! |

I originally started with 20mm nylon straps and now I'll only purchase 22mm NATOs. The 20mm strap leaves too much gap at the 21mm Explorer II lugs. Yes, the 22mm is tight, but it's a much better fit and the width looks perfect for the 42mm head.

I haven't done it myself but I would much rather get a 22mm and squeeze it in than get a 20mm and have a 1mm gap at the lugs.

I can see how that would work on NATO but what about something like an isofrane? Would 22 be able to be put on?
Thanks for your reply btw! |
