Mixed emotions. Incoming and goodbyes

So I've been selling off my collection

18038 daydate
16550 explorer 2
16013 bi metal Datejust
16234 datejust
Cartier Santos 100
6749 oyster perpetual
114200 Airking

And replaced them with this.....

But after saving hard, me and my girlfriend have had our offer accepted on our first property. No more renting and paying the landlords mortgage for him!

Well done!! Congrats. And the Sistem51 will do a great job holding you over until you re-build the collection. I have the same version and love it.

Congrats on the new house!
My wife and I bought our first house a little over three years ago (about 2.5 years out of college). It's been great, but man, there is always something to put money in to.
All the best!

Refreshing and I applaud you! Home ownership can be a handful but it's rewarding having your own

Agreed. It's always a $100 here, $50 here...and then you get to do what I just did on Friday, and drop a small fortune on a new AC/Heater for the house.

Congrats on the house though! You'll enjoy it!

Rookie mistake JJ. Should have bought a new Rolex and a block of ice, a fan, and some matches.

Place fan in front of ice during summer, then slowly burn trees you steal from your neighbors all winter

Congrats! We bought our first home 5 years ago. It sure beats paying rent. You had quite a collection there, I'm sure it won't be long until another Rolex comes your way.

I could have probably held off on the purchase for another year, but my fiancé wouldn't have been thrilled at my choice!
