Ok whats in the Geneva package?>>>>

One of my watches donīt run like I want so I have to send it in.

Today I got it back and here is what they change.

I hope they put in a Parachrome blue. LOL

Ok, the fresh backside.

Fresh polished sides with protection tape.

A fresh TvinLock with a new tube.

Sharp lugs.

Factory fresh and ready for some grinding and welding again.

I will strip it off tomorrow and take some decent pics of it before I start to wear it.

I donīt think that. I say: "I hope they put in a Parachrome blue".

I donīt believe Rolex made the old balance wheel with the new spring.

Great looking watch, Jocke.

I've never seen green striped protective tape on the side of the case before.

Cool package!

When are you going to peel off that plastic and show us the polished case?

No offense, but why did you not have the WG bezel exchanged?

The plastic is off and there are already scrathes.

Of course I donīt replace my beater bezel, itīs too much patina.

Donīt forget itīs a EDC beater, I have nicer ones when I dress up.

Jocke, question for you:

It's my understanding that the WG alloy that Rolex uses nowadays is not Rhodium plated and will therefore stay white.

On your DJ 1601, the WG clearly shows YG underneath, so my question is when Rolex improved the WG alloy/stopped using Rhodium plating?

Or will ANY WG - including the alloy Rolex uses - indeed show signs of wear (YG underneath it) eventually?
