"Seize the day" I'm realising this more & more. Another consequence of getting old(er).

You're dead right about the price variation. But anywhere I can save money on this purchase will make life alot easier at home!

I agree with what you say, however in my financial situation £600 means the difference in having my Rollie or not. It makes a big difference. Which is why I say, when purchasing from WOS like I did, it was just like having BNIB, simply because of the excellent job Bexley RSC did on the service and refurb, and WOS policy on selling pre-owned.
It was a good experience and one I highly commend.

must be a thing about early forties...I got myself a nice new SD and then got a Suzuki Bandit 1200! (wife says thats fine as there is plenty life insurance!).Credit crunch,wassat then? what do you mean petrols £1.20 a litre...doh!

in the words of an little known Aberdonian poet.."just f'kin dae it!!". mate of mine died in Feb,41 yrs old,wife and 2 kids...enjoy it while it lasts you only get one shot so do it right !

I just sold my 2007 Z for £2,425 - a month later the RRP went up 10% DOH !!

Plenty of spanking new ones available for £3,000 if you look around.

I would say try and find a BNIB on for sale on newturfers or here, you should be able to get it for 2.5k. I paid 2150 for a brand new one a few months ago.
