Icon5 What are you grilling/eating this weekend?

Saturday is going great with Cabrito (baby goat) tacos and a nice pilsner. What are you grilling/eating this weekend?

Tacos and beer for me tonight, as well
Chicken rather than Cabrito, and a Hefeweizen rather than a Pilsner but great minds do think alike

I grilled burgers and chicken for my club out at the Moriarty, NM, airport today as usual.

Nothing fancy, but we get a pretty good crowd every weekend.

That looks great! I'm out of town for business, so all of meals are eaten at restaurants!

Both of my grills (gas and charcoal) are in the moving truck with the rest of our household goods so I had to make do with a pan seared ribeye last night. Here's a shot from a couple of weeks ago at my temporary housing where I had a charcoal grill my disposal.
