Of the watches you described, you only used the word "true grail" with the Patek...so that's the one. Either get it now or save up for it, whatever works, but I don't think you're going to be satisfied with the Rolexes.

I'd just save for the Patek. It's your grail and sounds attainable.
The other two sound only temporary.
