Glamorous Day Date.....semi precious stone dials

Here are pics of both of my stone dial Day Dates....Lapis out for a drive and a close up of the malachite...just awesome. They really are underrated IMHO.

The grain in malachite looks awesome. I always imagined a brilliant blue Shattuckite dial on my President. Like the stone below with the grain and tone variations...

The lapis is great! I'm a big fan of these coloured dials, I also like the stella dials.

I love the color of the lapis. I'd prefer a more sedate watch to put it in, but love the color.

I saw one on a Platinum 18238 that got sold at Christies last year. It looked AWESOME. I wish they had these stone dials on WG, YG and PT again. They really are amazing. Also, the coral on a Platinum dial was super cool as well.

Platinum 18238 now that would be rare lol. Just kidding, it does not exist, I assume you made a typo. 18206 is correct for 18200 series platinum Cheers
