Looks like a $5 strap.

Seller is on eBay called Beckertime, they guaranteed it, is there a reason why you can tell it is not genuine that way I know what to look out for? Thanks!

If the link provided above, looks as though rolex sources their straps from third party, quality does not look special and the printing is crooked, which tells me attention to detail and quality control is not so important.

I would look at a custom strap supplier and get what you want unless the strap your interested in is considerably cheaper in which case it is a strap choice purely on price ... There are a lot of great choices that don't say rolex on them.

They offered me $65 for used and $100 slightly used and $175 brand new from best offer on eBay which originally was $262.99 I believe. Could it be safe to say they may have sold me a fake strap without them realizing?

I'm sorry the seller on eBay is subdweller not Beckertime, however the prices I sent Becker did quote. Is this a legit seller, has 100% feedback majority "genuine" Rolex items:
