I have 6.4 in wrist and I find I can wear some 44mm watches but not others and in fact some 40/42mm watches don't wear well. I have had a PAM 311 that I loved the way it fit. I also wear an IWC 3777 without issue. But I had a GO Senator Chronometer and Nomos that wore too large in terms of comfort. So i agree with many of the others-- comfort is what matters

I don't think your wrist size is 6.5". Look big to me. My wrist size 6.5" and smaller than your. Love AP 44mm but cannot put a trigger on it. Too big for my wrist. Even though small wrist still can wear it but look too ugly and shameful for the watch.

I think it looks OK, APs are meant to be larger than life, nothing worse than a ROO that wears small, that's what PPs are for... well the ones that work.

Thanks to EVERYONE for your responses. I really appreciate people taking time out of their busy schedules to read my blabber and look at my pictures and then give an honest answer. This is why I love TRF so much. It is pretty cool how complete strangers can come together through this insane hobby. Based on the masses responses I surprisingly think I can definitely pull it off. I realize the watch is supposed to wear big in general but was really shocked IMO that it didn't wear that much different than the 42mm ROOs. With this big of a watch for me a ceramic bezel would be a must. If I were not the OP and was to read the Subject Line of this thread I would've gone into it saying No Way will a 44ROO work on a 6.5" wrist. Maybe my wife took some very deceiving pics and skewed the angles. LOL! Thanks Again Guys for All Your Comments and Valuable Insight. Now I just have to clear it with the wife and contemplate what to sell (if anything)
