You know in Canada with the low dollar and the 18-20% dealer rebate that they give to everybody . You Americans can pick a sub for 6k Us

Except I believe it's technically illegal to import it.

Do those dealers do similar discounts on Explorers I wonder? May be worth a trip.

There's no way it's illegal to import a watch legally purchased in Canada to the United States. You would be on the hook for the duty, however, which is roughly 4%.
