I thought this might be a funny video for you guys to see, if the deployant clasp digs into his wrist bone it's because the strap is too big for him and he needs a smaller one, had the same issue with my 5726, once I had the small strap it was fine, and that's a watch expert? enjoy

It's a "deployant" clasp - not deployment. I was also unaware of this for quite some time - so I can't judge.
