An iPhone, cab fare, and an umbrella are against forum rules?

Trouble today many on forum do not know another world exits outside the USA we have a few mods from the USA they accept and in fact helped in the making of said forum rules. This being a International forum we all abide by one set of rules and that's TRF rules its as simple as that.

My daily urban EDC with my EXP IIs. Note mini-sombrero, I'm not secure enough to wear the full-Monty! Missing from photo is my iPhone with with Otterbox commuter wallet case. I used it to take the picture.

Looks close to mine. Can't make out the challenge coin. What ones are you carrying? I also do the flashlight plus my "off-duty" and an extra "mag". I also carry an automatic benchmade with automatic seatbelt cutter. It's a pretty sweet feature to cut a seatbelt. Fortunately I have not had to use it yet.

Oh and a pair of handcuffs. At leas they are always in the car. Too many people I've arrested have noticed me out and about. Thankfully some have come up to thank me for changing their lives.

I see what you mean, but abiding by the rules is exactly what keeps this a very pleasant place to be. Lots of various fora have suffered and are now very quiet because lack thereof.

The coins are from some of my old units, an Army SF group coin and a USMC Force Recon Co. coin.

I see your point, but this is watch forum. There are lots of great weapons forums where we can freely discuss those and post all the pictures we want. But this ain't it. The rules are in place because this forum is international and many of the members hold very different ideas about those things than you and I may. Over the years, the arguments over these ideas have become very contentious, clouding a normally very civil forum.

So, the rules were put in place. I come here to discuss watches and I go elsewhere for other discussions. After all, you don't go to McDonald's for a steak dinner and glass of wine because that's not on the menu.

It's urban survival, not armageddon survival. What does a guy need to survive a day in the city? A phone? Pocket money? An explorer 214270 for certain.

Well if it's an iPhone you'd have the other two covered

ApplePay and World Clock

I believe strongly that those that believe survival in the city requires firepower of some sort are missing the most essential tool, the brain. Don't leave home without one...
